Construction Starts at Louisville's Nucleus Life Science Research Park

After several ground breakings and announcements, work has finally begun at the new downtown research park. Crews have moved in last week to start foundation work on the Nucleus Life Science Park. The park will be built in phases. The first phase is an eight story building on the corner of Market Street and Floyd Street. The building will have over 180,000 square feet available for tenants. According to Business First, 75,000 of those have already been spoken for.
